RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Manmode, we want you to feel beautiful and confident in your wedding dress. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to help. Our return process is designed to be simple and transparent.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or odors (perfume, smoke).
  • The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

3. INELIGIBLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show clear signs of wear or use.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Items missing original packaging or security tags.
  • Final sale items (if clearly marked at the time of purchase).

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@manmode.shop.
  2. Provide your Order Number and the Reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.

5. RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS

Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 restocking fees.

Handling Fees: We charge $0.00 handling fees.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@manmode.shop.

Include photos of the damage or the incorrect item. In these cases, Manmode will cover all shipping costs to replace the item or provide a full refund.

8. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@manmode.shop.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has moved into the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled.

11. RETURN PROCESS SUMMARY

1. Request: Email support within 30 days.
2. Pack: Secure the dress in original packaging with tags.
3. Ship: Send to the provided return address using a tracked carrier.
4. Inspect: We verify the condition of the dress.
5. Refund: Money is returned to your original payment method.
