To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a single flat-rate shipping method:
Standard Shipping: $6.99 (Fixed rate for all orders within the US).
Our total delivery time is a combination of Handling Time and Transit Time.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package’s progress directly through the provided tracking information.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at support@manmode.shop immediately. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
When the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” it is considered officially received. If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
Delays: While we strive for punctuality, shipping delays may occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We will notify you via email if we anticipate a significant delay.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit (not showing as delivered), please contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Items: If your wedding dress arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us at support@manmode.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure the safety of the garments or to get items to you as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
If a package is returned to us as “Undeliverable” or “Refused” due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
Changes: Address or item changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations: You may request a cancellation before the order enters the “Processing” stage. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Please note that during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving), handling and transit times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering well in advance for time-sensitive events.
