At Manmode, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order, update a shipping address, change a product option, or correct an order detail after checkout. This Cancel/Change Order Policy explains how cancellation and change requests are handled for purchases made through https://manmode.shop.
Manmode sells mugs, T-shirts, and hoodies, and each order may move into processing quickly after it is placed. Because of this, cancellation or change requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to help, but order cancellations and changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

When contacting us, please include your order number and the exact change you want to request.
Manmode’s standard daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

A change or cancellation request should be sent before the order begins processing. Submitting a request before the cut-off time does not guarantee approval, but it gives us the best chance to assist.
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is eligible, customers may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request changes before the order enters processing or shipment. Once fulfillment has started, changes may not be possible.

If the requested change affects the order total, shipping details, product availability, or payment status, we may need to cancel the original order and ask the customer to place a new order.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately.

Manmode is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
For T-shirts and hoodies, customers should carefully review size, color, and product details before completing checkout. If you selected the wrong size or color, email us quickly.

Once an item has been prepared or shipped, product changes cannot be made. After delivery, eligible items may be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
If you need to add or remove items from your order, contact us as soon as possible.
For customer security, Manmode cannot directly change the payment method on an order after it has been placed.
If a payment-related correction is required, the order may need to be cancelled before processing, and the customer may need to place a new order.
Once an order has shipped, Manmode cannot cancel it or make changes to product details, shipping address, quantity, or delivery method.
If cancellation is approved before the order is processed or shipped, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Manmode does not charge cancellation fees. Refund processing timeline is usually 7 business days.
Manmode does not charge a service fee for approved order changes before processing or shipment. If a change affects the order total, the customer may be responsible for the price difference.
A cancellation or change request may be refused if the order has already moved too far in the fulfillment process (already processed, packed, or shipped).
Customers are responsible for ensuring all checkout information is accurate before submitting the order. Please review shipping address, product type, size, color, quantity, and payment method.
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact us immediately at support@manmode.shop. Please include both order numbers.
Refusing delivery is not the same as an approved cancellation. If a customer refuses a package after shipment, the order may be treated as a returned or undeliverable package.
If a package is returned due to address error, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Manmode support is available Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. Please send one clear email with all necessary information to help us track your request efficiently.

Manmode may update this policy periodically. The version available at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order.
