CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER POLICY

At Manmode, we understand that plans can change, especially when preparing for a special occasion. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible to ensure your wedding dress arrives on time. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations and modifications below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING OVERVIEW

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after the cut-off time or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day. Once an order enters the “Processing” or “Shipped” status, our ability to make changes is limited.

2. CANCELLATION REQUESTS

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Before Processing: If your request is received within the 12-hour window and before the order is processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Processing: If the order has already been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must wait to receive the item and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.

3. ORDER MODIFICATION REQUESTS

You may request changes to your order (such as size, color, or quantity) within 12 hours of purchase.

  • We will do our best to accommodate these changes if the item has not yet been prepared for shipment.
  • Please note that changing a product may affect the handling time and delivery date.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

We can only update your shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • To request an address change, please email support@manmode.shop immediately with your order number and the correct address.
  • Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has left our facility, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

5. ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED

Once an order has been shipped:

  • No cancellations or modifications can be made.
  • If you no longer want the item, please receive the package and contact us to initiate a return according to our 30-day return window. Please do not “Refuse” the delivery, as this may delay your refund.

6. DUPLICATE ORDERS

In the event of an accidental duplicate order, please notify us immediately. If we identify two identical orders placed within a short timeframe, we will reach out to you to confirm if this was intentional. If it was a mistake, we will cancel the duplicate and refund you in full, provided it hasn’t shipped.

7. PAYMENT & TRANSACTION ISSUES

Payment Failure: If your payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed. Please ensure your billing information matches your bank records.

Security Verification: To protect our customers, some orders may undergo a security check. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to ensure the safety of the cardholder.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & INVENTORY

While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, occasionally a specific wedding dress or size may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you within 24–48 hours. You will have the option to: Exchange for a different item, wait for a restock (if applicable), or receive a full refund.
