At Manmode, we understand that plans can change, especially when preparing for a special occasion. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible to ensure your wedding dress arrives on time. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations and modifications below.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day. Once an order enters the “Processing” or “Shipped” status, our ability to make changes is limited.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
You may request changes to your order (such as size, color, or quantity) within 12 hours of purchase.
We can only update your shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped:
In the event of an accidental duplicate order, please notify us immediately. If we identify two identical orders placed within a short timeframe, we will reach out to you to confirm if this was intentional. If it was a mistake, we will cancel the duplicate and refund you in full, provided it hasn’t shipped.
Payment Failure: If your payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed. Please ensure your billing information matches your bank records.
Security Verification: To protect our customers, some orders may undergo a security check. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to ensure the safety of the cardholder.
While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, occasionally a specific wedding dress or size may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you within 24–48 hours. You will have the option to: Exchange for a different item, wait for a restock (if applicable), or receive a full refund.
