Welcome to the Manmode FAQ page. We’ve compiled the most common questions from our brides-to-be to help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection of wedding dresses, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you are ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout by providing your shipping and payment information.
Do I need an account to purchase? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily and save your information for future visits.
What currency are your prices in? All prices on our website are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through the PayPal gateway. You can also pay directly using your PayPal balance.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data. We do not store your credit card information on our servers; all transactions are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.
When will my card be charged? Your card or PayPal account will be charged immediately upon successful completion of the checkout process.
How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my dress?
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) so you can monitor its progress.
Can I change or cancel my order? You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already entered the processing or shipping phase and cannot be modified.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Please contact us at support@manmode.shop immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address for you.
I accidentally placed a duplicate order. What should I do? Contact our support team right away. We will cancel the duplicate order and issue a full refund, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Are there any restocking fees? No. At Manmode, we charge $0.00 for restocking or handling fees on returns.
What if my dress arrives damaged or defective? We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Will the dress look exactly like the photo? We strive for 100% accuracy. However, due to differences in monitor settings and lighting, there may be very minor variations in color.
What materials are used in your dresses? Each product page contains specific details about the fabrics used (e.g., lace, tulle, satin, or chiffon).
