6. ANTI-FRAUD & FALSE CLAIMS WARNING

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.

7. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Manmode takes a firm stance against repeat offenders. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of, or block access for, any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.
